| | Welcome to the Great Animals eReader!
|
This E-Reader introduces you to some of the most extraordinary animals on our planet. Unfortunately, like the Giant Panda, all of them are in danger. Let's learn more about these animals and what we can do to protect them.
Before we start though, take some time to introduce yourself to some of the other members of the Great Animals E-Reader community.
We recommend that you use Internet Explorer with eReader. Some activities in the eReader will not work properly in other browsers like FireFox or Chrome.

| 6 | Writing Projects
In this section you are given a selection of writing assignments about animals at different levels. Try them out and check them with your teacher, your friends, or if you wish, submit them to us for evaluation. Alternatively, simply share your work with the rest of us through your BLOG. The choices are all yours.

|
| 7 | Speaking Projects
In this section, you are invited to practise speaking about animals. In order to make the best use of this practice, do not read out written answers. Research, practise and rehearse if you like, but when you record, just make a natural attempt to communicate your ideas, using notes as little as possible.

| 8 | And Finally...
This brings us to the end of the Great Animals E-Reader. Please feel free to fill in the end of course questionnaire, and join in the last discussion. Looking forward to seeing you again in the next E-Reader!
Meanwhile, all the texts you have read in this eReader were taken from WIKIPEDIA and simplified and adapted for you to read and work from. So, why not finish off by going to WIKIPEDIA and reading the original texts about our five animals and seeing how much you now understand?
